We are an insurance friendly office and accept all major PPO and PDO insurance plans including MetLife, Guardian, Cigna, Aetna, AARP, Delta Dental, United Healthcare, Assurant, Anthem, United Concordia, Horizon, BlueCross/BlueShield, Ameritas, First Rehabilitation Life, and many others. When calling please have your dental insurance information ready; we will verify your eligibility directly with your carrier and make sure you are covered. We will do everything we can to maximize your insurance benefit and minimize your out-of-pocket expense. For your convenience, if a deductible or copayment is required by your insurance we accept check, cash, or any major credit card. Sorry, but we do not participate with any DMO or DHMO plans.
